One Piece: Cassidy Cut is a fan-made recut of the One Piece anime, in development by a single person since 2022. Intended as an alternative to existing, popular recuts of a similar nature, One Piece: Cassidy Cut aims to provide a more succinct viewing experience than is offered elsewhere, focused more on reducing "padding" than "filler". Non-canon events such as filler episodes, films, and specials are included in the project, while some canonical material from the original manga are restructured or outright removed. As a result of One Piece: Cassidy Cut being a one-woman project, it is not perfect, and will contain several minor editing errors. This project is not intended as a replacement to either the One Piece anime or its original manga. The ideal way to experience One Piece is, and always will be, reading Eiichiro Oda's manga.
